Product Description
Our calcium L-lactate is the pure L-form of calcium lactate, with better solubility than DL-calcium lactate. It is produced to GB 25555-2010 and USP in anhydrous, monohydrate, trihydrate and pentahydrate forms.
Widely used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as a nutrient supplement, acidity regulator, antioxidant synergist, emulsifier, stabilizer, coagulant and thickener.
